Mal ehrlich gesagt, das ginge auch etwas freundlicher, als mit solcher Ironie und nicht immer kann man jedes Item herleiten, vor allem nicht bei den japanischen Items mit japanischem Namen... Nicht jeder kann nämlich Japanisch...
Viele Items kann man direkt übersetzten und bei den anderen muss man halt warten, bis sie in Europa auftauchen, vielleicht hat sie auch schon jemand.
